USES:

  • Topical: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil) and rub on your inner wrists, abdominal area, or bottoms of your feet. Pink Grapefruit can cause photosensitivity, so avoid sun exposure after any application.  
  • Diffuse: add 8-10 drops for every 100 mL of water to your diffuser. Customize your Pink Grapefruit experience by adding a few drops of Ylang Ylang, Rosemary, or Lavender.   
  • Include a few drops in dishwater or homemade cleaners to add an uplifting aroma.
