Simple Matters Dream (Bed-Time Blend) roll-on contains a proprietary blend of Lavender, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Marjoram, and Roman Chamomile essential oils that are pre-diluted in  Fractionated Coconut Oil for an easy and safe application. 

Dream is the blend everyone loves when it's time to get some sleep! Working together, these essential oils are known for their ability to "slow thoughts down" while supporting your body's natural ability to release melatonin, the hormone that signals the body to go to sleep.*  

USES - Topical - Apply generously to inner arms, feet/legs, neck area, and/or chest and rub in, up to 20 minutes before bed-time.
